1- Who is the service provider?
Records Partner provides comprehensive online records searches in many categories. For years Records Partner has been dedicated to the expansion of database networks, sources and data center links to provide its members with the highest possible level of investigation services.

2- Which categories and reports are available to search?
As our customer, you will gain immediate access to over 120 million records covering all 50 American states. Search our listings to obtain information from the following public database archives:

BACKGROUND RECORDS Reports include addresses, relatives, phones, properties, judgments.
CRIMINAL RECORDS Reports include case number, charge, offense, arrest, and more.
DRIVING RECORDS Reports include subjects driving records and DMV resources.
LEGAL RECORDS Reports include property, liens, judgments, business records, and more.
SEX OFFENDERS Reports include registered addresses, aliases, case number, charge, conviction.
CREDIT RECORDS Reports include subject's credit history, credit worthiness, bankruptcies, and more.

PEOPLE SEARCH Reports include person's location and missing persons information.
MISSING PERSONS Reports include relatives, roommates, neighbors, aliases, address history.
REVERSE PHONE Reports include full addresses, names, contacts, account history.
REVERSE CELL PHONE Reports include full addresses, names, contacts, account history.

Where contact details are unlisted, however, such information will not be available in the public database.

4. How current is the data?
These records are collected from public information, census records, government offices, data brokers and other confidential sources. As soon as this information becomes public, our partners make electronic copies and introduce them to our customers. We update our databases daily to provide you with the most current information for your data searches.

5. What is the difference between an instant database search and other services?
Our instant database search allows you to pull live, up-to-date information based on first name, last name, and date-of-birth, or any other information you can provide to locate the person you are looking for. The more information you give us, the easier it will be to locate the person you are looking for.
Other services will ask you to fill out forms prior to beginning your search. Most of these services do not provide live data, but simply deliver electronic reports.

6. What information do I need to create my account?
In order to set up an account and start searching criminal records you’ll need to provide us with a valid credit card number, as well as your email address. We require your email address to send you a receipt of the transaction, as well as your username and password to grant you access to the Customer Area where you will be able to conduct all the searches you want.

7. Will my queries remain anonymous?
Yes. No one will be notified that you are using our services; including the person you are searching for. All your search queries and information are kept confidential.
